Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 31, 2026
Good interiors are built on clear agreements, not surprises. These Terms of Service explain how you may use this website and how Space Solutions works with you when you enquire, plan, design, manufacture, or install a project. They are written for homeowners, business owners, and institutions who want a studio that designs, makes, and fits the work under one roof.
By browsing spacesolution.in, submitting a form, or asking us to proceed with a quotation, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are enquiring for a company or institution, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Who we are
Space Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") is an interior design, modular furniture, and turnkey fitout studio in Karnataka, India. Our studio is at 90 Kalidasa Road, V V Mohalla, Mysore 570002. We work on homes, workplaces, campuses, and hospitality spaces.
"You" means the person or organisation using this website or engaging us. A signed quotation, work order, or email confirmation is part of the contract for that project and sits alongside these terms. Where a signed quotation is more specific, the quotation leads.
What these terms cover
- Use of this website, design library, portfolio, and planning tools.
- Enquiries, consultations, site surveys, and 3D reviews.
- Design, factory, supply, and installation of interiors and modular furniture.
- Photographs, drawings, and project files we prepare for you.
These terms do not replace a formal quotation. Website copy, mood images, and calculator results are a starting point, not a promise of a final price or finish.
Using this website
You may browse the site for personal or internal business planning. You may not copy our project photographs, drawings, tool logic, or page copy to sell as your own, scrape the site in a way that burdens our servers, or use the site for anything unlawful.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available. Pages, prices, finish names, and tool figures can change as materials and methods change. We may update or pause a page without notice. The site may include links to Instagram, Google Maps, WhatsApp, or payment partners. Their terms apply once you leave our pages.
Planning tools and estimates
Our kitchen, wardrobe, home budget, commercial, institutional, and hospitality tools are planning aids. They use typical rates and methods so you can think in ranges before a site visit. They are not a quotation, a stock commitment, or an offer capable of acceptance.
A written quotation after we have understood the site, the drawings, and the finishes you want is the figure we stand behind. If a tool asks for your name and contact first, that is so we can return a considered reply, not a cold number on a screen.
Enquiries and consultations
When you book a consultation, 3D review, or site survey, you agree that the details you give are true to the best of your knowledge. We may take measurements, photographs, and notes so the next conversation is useful. A consultation does not bind either of us to a full project until a quotation is accepted in the way that quotation describes.
Free or complimentary reviews are offered at our discretion and may be declined if the brief is outside the work we do, or if a visit cannot be scheduled safely.
Design, factory, and installation
Space Solutions is a design-build studio. Where your quotation says so, we handle design, in-house manufacturing, and site installation as one programme. Scope that is not written in the approved quotation, drawing, or variation is outside the price. That includes extra rooms, extra shutters, electrical beyond the stated allowance, loose furniture, appliances, and accessories marked as extra.
We work with our own team and with trusted site partners. We remain responsible for the scope we have signed, and we expect a clear site, timely decisions, and access so that factory and installation can stay in step.
Quotations, scope, and changes
A quotation is valid for the period printed on it. After that, timber, hardware, stone, and labour can move. We will tell you if a re-quote is needed.
Changes you ask for after approval, a site condition we could not see at survey, or a statutory requirement can alter time and cost. We will record those as variations and ask you to confirm before we make or fit the extra work. Silence after a written variation request may pause that part of the job.
Finishes such as PU, membrane, Veneer Finish, lacquered glass, hardwood, quartzite, and marble are specified by name in your quotation. Samples and showroom shutters are a guide. Natural materials and batch-made surfaces can shift in grain, tone, and texture. That variation is part of the material, not a defect.
Payments and taxes
Payment stages, advances, and due dates are those in your quotation or invoice. Work at the factory or on site may pause if a stage payment is late. GST and other taxes apply as Indian law requires and as shown on the invoice.
We do not store your card or UPI details. If a third-party gateway fails, the payment is not complete until it appears in our account. Please keep receipts. Refunds, if any, follow the quotation and these terms, not a tool estimate.
Your site, your decisions
You agree to:
- Give safe access to the site at the times we agree.
- Share accurate floor plans and point out wet areas, beams, and services we should know about.
- Obtain building permissions, society approvals, and landlord consents that the project needs.
- Keep the working area reasonably clear and secure for materials and tools.
- Make finish and dimension decisions in time for factory cutting. Late changes can mean remake costs.
- Arrange water, power, and lift or stair access where the building requires them for installation.
Delays in access, approvals, or decisions are not treated as a studio default. We will reset the programme in writing when the site is ready again.
Time
We give timelines in good faith from the information we have. Factory weeks depend on approved drawings, selected finishes, and cleared payments. Site weeks depend on civil readiness, other contractors, and access. We will tell you when a date is at risk. We are not liable for delay caused by you, the building, other vendors, force majeure, or supply interruption we could not reasonably avoid.
Drawings, 3D, and intellectual property
Concept sketches, 3D views, working drawings, cut-lists, and tool methods are our intellectual property. We license them to you for the project we are building together. You may not take our drawings to another factory or studio to reproduce the work, in whole or in part, unless we agree in writing.
If a project does not proceed, the 3D and drawings remain ours. A consultation fee, if charged, pays for time and thinking, not for ownership of the design file. Client-supplied logos, art, and product references stay yours. You confirm you have the right to give them to us.
Photography and stories
Unless you ask us in writing before handover to keep a project private, we may photograph the finished rooms and refer to the project in our portfolio, website, reels, and proposals. We will not publish your name, phone number, or exact address without permission. Client stories on this site are used with the care described in our Privacy Policy.
Quality, warranty, and aftercare
We stand behind workmanship and factory finish for the period and scope written in your quotation or warranty note. Warranty covers manufacturing and installation defects in the items we supplied. It does not cover wear from daily use, water ingress from the building, termite or moisture the structure already carried, electrical or plumbing by others, glass or stone breakage after handover, or changes you make later.
Tell us promptly if something needs attention. We will inspect and, where the warranty applies, repair or replace the affected part. Site visits for issues outside warranty may be chargeable.
Pause, cancellation, and unused work
You may pause or cancel by writing to us. We will invoice for design time, materials ordered or cut, factory work already done, and site work already installed, as set out in the quotation. Custom modules that are cut or finished are rarely returnable. Advances are applied to that value first.
We may pause or stop work if payments lapse, if the site is unsafe, or if the relationship cannot continue in good faith. We will confirm that in writing and invoice for work completed.
Limitation of liability
We are careful, and we are not insurers of the building. To the fullest extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or delay costs charged by other vendors. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you have paid us for the affected scope, except where the law does not allow that limit, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Website content, tool results, and inspiration images are informational. They do not create a duty beyond these terms and your signed quotation.
Third-party goods and other contractors
Appliances, lights, loose furniture, or stone you buy yourself sit under that seller's warranty. If other contractors work on the same site, we are responsible for our scope, not for theirs. Coordination helps everyone. It does not make us the general contractor unless your quotation says we are.
Messages and marketing
Forms, WhatsApp, and click-to-chat may open a pre-drafted message so you can reach the studio without starting from a blank screen. Sending it is still your choice. Our Privacy Policy explains consent for calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email, including numbers on the DND registry, and how to opt out of marketing.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the studio, the website, or the law changes. The date at the top is the latest version. For an active project, the terms and quotation in force when you accepted the work continue to apply to that project unless we both agree a change in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mysore, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved in conversation. We would rather resolve a project face to face at the studio than in a courtroom.
Talk to the studio
Questions about these terms, a quotation, or an active project can come to the same people who will one day stand in your rooms.

If you want the work to feel considered, start with terms that are considered. Read them, ask what is unclear, and we will answer before a single shutter is cut.
