A design studio sees more than a name and a phone number. We see floor plans, site photographs, family routines, and the rooms you hope to live or work in. This Privacy Policy explains how Space Solutions collects, uses, shares, and protects that information when you visit our website, use our planning tools, respond to our ads, visit the showroom, or engage us for interior design, modular furniture, and turnkey fitout.
By using this website or sharing your details with us, you agree to this policy. It is written for visitors and clients in India, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the SPDI (Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Who we are
Space Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") is an interior design and manufacturing studio in Karnataka, India. Our studio is at 90 Kalidasa Road, V V Mohalla, Mysore 570002. We design, make, and install interiors for homes, workplaces, campuses, and hospitality projects.
What this policy covers
This policy applies when you:

- Fill a contact, consultation, or calculator form.
- Call, email, or message us on WhatsApp, SMS, or social media.
- Reach us through Meta or Google ads and lead forms.
- Visit the showroom or invite us to a site survey.

Information we collect
We collect only what we need to reply with care and to deliver the work:
- Identity and contact: name, phone number, email address, and city or primary residence.
- Property and project: site address (including homes and workplaces across Karnataka), room sizes, floor plans, reference images, and photographs or videos from surveys and installation.
- Preferences: style notes, finish choices, budget range, and answers you enter in our kitchen, wardrobe, home, commercial, or hospitality tools.
- Financial: GST details and billing records for invoicing. We do not store credit card or UPI numbers. Payment gateways handle those details.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and ad interaction data through Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and similar tags.
- Communication: messages you send through forms, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or our on-site chat.
If you send us details about someone else, for example a family member or office manager, you confirm you have their permission to share that information with us.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Reply and plan: schedule consultations, site visits, and 3D reviews.
- Design and deliver: prepare drawings, manufacture modular kitchens and furniture, and manage on-site installation.
- Price with honesty: prepare quotations and keep a record of the scope you approved.
- Stay in touch: send design updates, visit reminders, and project messages by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Improve the studio: understand which pages and ads help people find us, so we can speak more clearly to homes and projects in Karnataka.
- Show the work: photograph completed interiors for our website, social channels, and print, without showing family photos or house numbers.
- Meet the law: keep tax, warranty, and statutory records required in India.
We do not sell your personal information.

Our website uses cookies and similar tools so pages load as you expect, forms work, and we can see which stories and services people find useful. When we share information
We share information only when a project or the law requires it:
- Studio team and contractors: designers, factory staff, carpenters, electricians, and site partners who need the brief to complete your work.
- Service providers: hosting, email, form, WhatsApp, SMS, and analytics partners who process data on our instructions.
- Marketing platforms: Meta and Google, for analytics and retargeting in the regions we serve.
- Authorities: when Indian law requires it, or to protect the studio and our clients in a genuine dispute.
Anyone who receives project files from us is expected to use them only for your work.
Consent for calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email
When you give us a phone number or email through this website, an ad form, WhatsApp, or the showroom, you ask us to respond. You consent to hear from Space Solutions by voice call, SMS, WhatsApp (including service updates), and email about your enquiry, quotation, or project.
This project and enquiry consent applies even if your number is on the National Do Not Call (DND) Registry. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time. We may still contact you about an active project, a payment, or a safety or warranty matter.
Project photography
Finished rooms are part of how a studio teaches the next client what good work looks like. We may photograph or film completed projects for the website, reels, portfolio, and print. We crop or avoid personal objects, family photographs, and readable house numbers. If a space should stay private, tell us before handover and we will mark it out of the public set.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry records long enough to serve you well if you return. We keep project files, drawings, and billing records for as long as we need them for warranties, aftercare, and Indian tax law. When a record is no longer needed, we delete or archive it so it is no longer in daily use.
How we protect information
We store project data on encrypted digital systems and limit access to people who need it for your work. No website or studio can promise perfect security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal data, we will inform you and the authorities as Indian law requires.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Share a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct details that are wrong or incomplete.
- Delete personal data we no longer need for a project, warranty, or legal duty.
- Stop marketing calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Write to our Grievance Officer. We may need to confirm it is you before we change or delete a record. Some files must stay on file for tax or warranty even after a marketing opt-out.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning a home, workplace, campus, or hospitality project. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us details, contact the Grievance Officer and we will remove them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our tools, ads, or the law change. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
