​Financial Data: GST details for billing and payment records. Note: We do not store credit card or UPI details; these are processed securely by third-party gateways.


​Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction data via the Meta Pixel or Google Ads to improve our localized marketing reach.

How We Use Your Data

We utilize your information strictly for: ​Service Delivery: Scheduling site visits, manufacturing modular kitchen/furniture units, and managing on-site labor. ​Marketing & Communication: Following up on Meta/Google leads via Phone, SMS, and WhatsApp regarding quotations and design updates. ​Project Portfolio: We may use photographs of completed projects for promotional purposes (social media/website), ensuring no personal identifiable information (like family photos or specific house numbers) is visible. ​Legal Compliance: Maintaining tax records and complying with Indian state and central regulations.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share information only with: ​Internal Teams & Contractors: Including factory staff, carpenters, and electricians required to complete your specific project. ​Marketing Platforms: Meta and Google for analytics and retargeting ads within your 25-mile radius. ​Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our legal rights in dispute resolutions.

Consent For Communication

By providing your contact details through our website, social media ads, or lead forms, you expressly consent to be contacted by Space Solutions via:
​Voice Calls and SMS.
​WhatsApp Messenger (including automated updates).
